Donor Assistance Program Concept Under Legal Review
Some needs are small, urgent, and life-changing. A grab bar. A ramp. A door that finally opens. This framework describes how donor participation would work if and when it launches.
We are not accepting donations. No contributions are being collected, no requests are published, and nothing on this page is a solicitation or a promise of assistance.
Examples of supportable needs
- Grab bars
- Minor repairs
- Wheelchair ramps
- Accessibility equipment
- Emergency home safety needs
Approved support requests may be listed by community administrators. A donor could then choose to contribute toward a specific, reviewed need.
Where funds would go
Whenever possible, funds are directed to approved contractors, approved vendors, or approved organizations performing the work — not to individuals as cash.
Anti-fraud requirements
- All requests require review.
- No direct public cash requests.
- No open fundraiser-style free posting.
- Administrator approval is required before publication.
- Legal review must be completed before any implementation.
These rules exist to protect the people asking for help and the people offering it. Nothing is guaranteed, and administrators may decline any request without explanation.
Who participates
Donor participation opportunities are planned as a Premium Member feature. Premium membership supports the mission; it does not purchase verification, ranking, endorsement, or moderation outcomes.
