Membership terms

Paid memberships are annual digital services with immediate access, billed through Stripe. Auto renew is optional and may be enabled or disabled by the member at any time. No membership is placed on forced recurring billing.

Membership fees are non-refundable. All memberships are final. Refund requests are denied unless a refund is required by applicable law.

Required member acknowledgements

By purchasing any paid membership, you acknowledge each of the following:

• I understand no investment returns are guaranteed.
• I understand community participation is voluntary.
• I understand opportunities discussed on AgingJunction are informational only.
• I understand AgingJunction is not acting as an investment adviser, attorney, therapist, medical provider, lender, real estate broker, or financial adviser.

No guarantees

Premium membership, investor discussions, partner discussions, and housing conversations are informational only. Nothing on AgingJunction guarantees projects, returns, investments, partnerships, referrals, or financial outcomes. No securities are being offered.

Educational material, including the CAPS Knowledge Center, is informational only and is not medical, legal, or financial advice. It does not replace an assessment by a qualified professional.

Donor Assistance Program

The Donor Assistance Program is a concept framework under legal review. No contributions are being accepted. If launched, all support requests require administrator review and approval before publication, direct public cash requests are not permitted, and funds are directed to approved contractors, vendors, or organizations performing the work whenever possible. No assistance outcome is guaranteed.

Trust and advertising

Advertising may be purchased. Verification can never be purchased. No payment of any kind buys ranking, endorsement, review removal, community protection, or moderation bias.
